Very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately didn't have in stock the battery that I went in there for. Mainly blame the AA for a wild goose chase and miscommunication with Greens. Let's face it, it's not that complicated to identify the vehicle age, make , model and battery size, capacity and power! Greens technician helpfully restarted my vehicle so I could get home again.

Attentive, hospitable staff. Ample social distancing and they serve you at a table with hot drink while you wait.
Had a problem with my dpf. Technician from LR came out identified problem and booked my car in. Was there for 3-4 days. Was kept up to date by Phil as to progress etc. Seamless from start to finish. Well done!
Courteous and helpful staff, comfortable waiting-area. That was posted 2 years ago, sadly my recent (14/12/20) experience of Greens is makedly worse. Will not be using them ever again.
