Wow! I was blown away by how unbelievably amazing the food was here! I was expecting it to bland and taste exactly like I'm eating something healthy, but it was fantastic!! I was so impressed! If healthy food always tasted that good, then I'd be eating healthy every day! Even my healthy smoothie was delicious!! There's so much to choose from, it's all so fresh! They cook it to order, so it's brilliant the prices are great and the staff are lovely! They're very friendly and welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend this place! I wish they'd open one in Lancaster!! It was well worth the trip though! Can't wait to go back for more!!

Always wanted somewhere in Poulton that offers high-quality healthy food in a hurry and at last it exists! When I go to the gym after work there's not always much time left for me to go home and start cooking so this is a perfect time saver for me. I'm not a big fan of most takeaway places because they are usually just junk food however this is quick and healthy so it's perfect! I had a chicken salad bowl and it was very reasonably priced, to say the least, I will 100% be coming back again - cannot recommend enough!
