We visit the store with my husband. Both for eye check and buy new pair of eye glasses. Prisila was very helpful and friendly. Great After sale service. Great service and good value for money.

In 2010 I bought Ted Baker designer sun glasses with prescription lenses I paid at least 300 only to realise a month later the lenses they placed were too thick for the frame and got out of place and was told they couldn't be repared. After many years I decided to enquire again to have them sorted in Specsavers and in a flash they sorted my glasses out for a fraction of the price and a lesson to be learnt : Specsavers is the best , hoest and very professional , disgusted by vision express putting heavy lenses that wouldnt match sunglasses as if I were blind!

Very poor. Paid for new specs in - store on June 1st and told they could be ready by June 13th. Now it's July 6th, and still no sign of them. The store tell me it's a problem 'with new system' at the main workshop, but this is ridiculous. I'm not being kept up to date on status and it's a shameful way to treat customers.
