Shocking service, I paid extra for next day delivery then the item turned up 4 days late. I had paid someone to help me erect a greenhouse on a certain day so lost money as a result. My email to ask whether I would be refunded for the delivery cost I had paid was ignored - safe to say I won't be using this company again. Wish I read the customer reviews beforehand, looks like bad service like this is a recurring pattern.
