I use this hardware store regularly for home maintenance and DIY. Huge “TARDIS” inside a large selection of tools, paints, fixtures and fittings for a small corner shop. From the first visit 9 years ago to date these people have shown such kindness and consideration ,from my first set of shelves put up myself single handed on their wonderful recommendations and advice( still up 8years plus ) to the clothes rail I got the measurements wrong 3 times yesterday , Ted ended up bringing the whole thing to my house measuring it himself and cutting it on site ! It’s not that they just know everything a novice to an experience builder could need on each job , they never oversell you , if you want one screw they will sell you one screw . I trust their recommendations and whoever they have recommended they always ask if they,ve provided you with a good service like the local locksmith . It’s a family run small business that has helped create a neighbourhood rather than a postcode for me to live in . Many Thanks !

The staff are great; the lady who helped me was very polite and helpful. A real lifesaver they seem to have everything ceiling high.
