My vision hasn't changed for 3-4 years, -2.5 both eyes. Got my routine check up and apparently one of my eye has got worse by -0.5. Couldn't believe it as testing it myself with my own glasses, using my left glasses lens on my right eye and vice versa I could see exactly the same. Went to a different Optician and it turned out I still have -2.5 both eyes. I haven't had new glasses for a couple of years. I believe this is what they do to force people into buying new glasses.

I will never recommend anyone to visit this shop after my recent experience. Please do not waste your time by going into this branch. un-professional staff , i have to make almost three visits because of staff being lazy to give correct information. They have no focus on service. highly not recommended. will never visit again .

Optometrists is very good and professional. All 5 stars for Selina. Reception staff is very unprofessional and un organised . They don’t have clue what are they doing. My appointment was delayed by half an hour, girl didn’t know how to operate the computer and on top of everything they called me back ( had to turn around my car ) as they had confusion about payment. Worth to look on training systems maybe?
