Have been told for several years I should switch to boost but didn't want to make change after being with Sprint for so long. WY back to nextel. Finally giving up Sprint as the last 2 years they have offered nothing and keep taking away. No phones to use if own phone is getting fixed. Big deductible versus previous. Why even carry insurance? No refurbished phones, etc. They just have a no care attitude. ALMOST enough to consider giving up cell phones. Finally visited boost in Greencastle. What a change! Like night and day! Kristin was not only very knowledge but very attentive and every question I asked, he went the extra mile to answer. Switching to boost is worth it just to have a salesperson like Kristen PLUS Boost great offers and plans. So different than Sprint!!!!!!
