I have been visiting this care home over the past year on a regular basis. The staff are very friendly and they are 100% dedicated to the care of the residence. The owner has completely renovated each room within this home and to a very high and clean standard, while still maintaining the homely feel they are renowned for. They have added new areas for the residence and now have a complete commercial kitchen. The main living room has been re-decorated and features sensory lighting that the residence love. I only hope that when the time comes my beloved auntie Rosemary to go into a home that I have a place just as caring as this to go to.

Really impressed with the newly upgraded facilities that greeted me on my recent visit. Management and staff were extremely welcoming and I would have no problem in recommending the home.
My mother has resided at Greenbanks residential care home since2017 sadly she has recently passed away from a terminal illness I can honestly say l have never met a more careing and dedicated team led by the current owner and registered manager Kelly Wright after being in the care industry for over ten years myself I couldn't have chosen abetter home for my loved one . They made her laugh dried her tears when she was confused and sad and have delivered the best E Nd of life care anybody could have wished for. The family and myself would like to thank each and every one of them for all of their extended kindness to mum and myself through this sad time I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending this home to anyone who is looking for a happy and careing environment for a loved one .P.s.
