My first experience with the salon i went in for a colour consultation and hair test, i was told to sit down and waited over 40 minutes to be seen. Finally saw somebody who was quite dismissive and blunt and booked in for my colour. I was then contacted to rearrange as my stylist couldn't come in due to covid, which was absolutely fine. The second visit I was with a lovely stylist, although somebody had told her I wanted to go a different colour to what I wanted, but corrected her by showing images of what I wanted. However, I felt overlooked as I believe she was double booked, she was very apologetic and understand it must be tough in these times. However, I left with a colour that I hadn't asked for but thought maybe I would grow to like it. After a few weeks my colour turned a horrific orange colour so I called to come in for them to rectify it.They said that they could only offer a half head of colour for free, any more then I would have to pay. I had already paid 157 so I agreed to whatever I could have to fix it for free. I had multiple stylists working on my hair, all lovely but I think the salon is unprofessional, and twice had got hair dye on my face. The colour was much better but It felt like a plaster for the mess up, and ultimately I won't be returning. I paid 157, and in total spending 7 hours there for a result that didn't look anything like I had originally asked for.

I had balayage and a blow-dry, the hairdresser did a mans hair cut whilst my hair was processing with bleach, the timer for my colour went off, but the hairdresser did not come to check on my hair as she was busy with another client, the salon was very loud so don’t think she heard. This resulted in the bleach being on my hair for over an hour (my hair had already been bleached 5 weeks prior). My hair was frazzled and so dry after). A different hairdresser blow-dried my hair and was very off, she made me feel like i was a nuisance as she kept sighing, rolling her eyes and complaining about how thick my hair was. This happened over a year ago now but I’m still upset about the experience, I wish I’d said something at the time but hope this review encourages others to speak up if they’re not satisfied with the service provided.

Excellent. Would highly recommend. I had Molly who restyled my hair and gave me great advice as hair in poor condition. I also have a horrible skin condition and chose Green Mango as they use ethical products without any nasty additives. Happy to say I had no adverse reaction to the products used. Will now make sure they are my go to hairdresser.
