I've had lots of jobs completed by James and Sean, from radiator fittings and gas servicing to full boiler installation. They're always on time with a professional and friendly attitude, every job is completed to an excellent standard and they work very cleanly. Aftercare and follow up communication is second to none. Highly recommended.

We have recently moved into a fixer upper and needless to say everything that can go wrong, has! I can only say that the excellent service that we have received from James at Green Flame has helped to turn a rotten week into one that has ended on a warm and toasty note. I spoke to him for the first time on Wednesday, and he assured me that he would be able to see us on Friday. He duly arrived on Friday, on time and texting me to say when he was on his way. Once at our home, he took control of the old, cranky and unattended radiators, and managed to transform our beast of a boiler into a well running and efficient machine. He did all this while being friendly, professional and polite. I can recommend James and Green Flame wholeheartedly.

My usual plumber let me down, so I very luckily managed to get hold of James via the Internet. When I called the v mail said I will get back to you and James did within 5 minutes. A great start and it got even better. The boiler at the property I rent had stopped working and was also leaking. James got there within the hour , kept me and the tenant informed was clear about pricing and timescales. I felt so confident that I also got the landlords certificate done at the same time. It was a tough job, however James kept in touch and earlier today a copy of the Landlords certificate was emailed to me. Very professional and a top top service. I couldn’t have asked for more . Will now be my preferred go to guy for the future. Highly recommended
