Good and growing oilfield Services
Good place to work if you are white, a true follower, don’t ask question and like being lied to. A real place for “good ol boys”. People get severely injured and even die and they act like it’s not a big deal. They’ll lie and get you terminated and even upper management is corrupt. There are several places to work that’ll treat you better than this place.
This company is a joke. My husband worked here for almost 3 years and the \main supervisor\ (who is all about making money on the side and using his employees to do so) fired my husbands best friends because he felt threatened by him than 2 weeks later after working my husband to the bone fired him for literally nothing. Their current employees are very hard working but the main supervisor (Shawn S), who does nothing labor wise is a snake and he's going to run this company into the ground. I honestly feel bad for the continuing employees and the level of BS they have to deal with when it comes to Shawn.
21 hour days with 3 hours of sleep then expected to not make mistakes. This place is Petty af
