This was the first time I had to test here as my work schedule ran later than usual. I can not even explain in words how inhumane this staff is. They probably treat the floor they walk on better than they do the people who ABSOLUTELY have to be there for services. It took over an hour for a urine rest to be performed and that's after registration. The staff was arguing in front of the clients and not in a quiet matter. They also refused to give names, business cards, and supervisor information when asked. They also walked away while I was still talking and asking questions. Completely ignored my questions and concerns. I have never NEVER had this experience in a \professional\ place of business. An investigation on staff procedures definitely needs to be completed. This matter will be pursued with the State and licensing in charge of this facility.

The fat nacety lady is rude as hell here.
My step son is there and is treated well. The only reason I give it less than 5 stars is because my son's case manager seems to care less about helping the humans trying to better themselves. He forgets appointments, leaves early, doesn't allow my son to get to court dates without charging \points.\ Wouldn't even let him attend his uncle's funeral, citing that an uncle isn't \close family.\ A real eye-roller. But I hear he enjoys his coffee in his cubicle. Otherwise the staff up front is really cool and we have no issues when visiting, can even bring him clothes and other personal items.
This place is a disgrace! They treat people like they aren't human, feed you like dogs and make so much money on us while feeding us jail food. They don't allow you to bring in food that is healthy or anything to make it even edible. They obviously lie to whoever supports them with the fake menus they have, they lose or throw away your stuff and won't replace it. The checks they write us from OUR money bounce and they make up any excuses to keep you here longer so that they make more money off of you. Choose prison if you have the choice, you'll be out sooner and won't be the reason they keep getting rich
Absolutely rude and disrespectful staff, I hope they got caught in the system and get to know how it feels to be treated like garbage
