Just had updated security system fitted by GTS / Waél and his team. From the initial enquiry to installation I couldn’t rate the service anything but excellent. I value customer care and Waél and his team couldn’t have been more helpful, first class!
Wael was excellent. Responded swiftly to initial contact, came to house, explained process, emailed quote immediately, agreed dates for work, arrived on time, installed Alarm system leaving area clean and tidy, came back next day to explain workings. Alarm system performing beautifully ever since. Could not be happier. Fantastic service from start to finish.
I have had a full security system fitted. Weal and his team highly qualified and dedicated, working till late evenings. Their has been one or two teething problems and has been promptly remedied, upon request. I would highly recommend.
