Brilliant place, doesn't fill a day but the animals are well looked after by very good and enthusiastic staff, any questions we had were answered. They shared some of their difficulty through these uncertain times, which is interesting, we were very unaware how this venue would have been impacted or indeed breading programs that have to be delayed due to the impact of limitations of travel. Snow leopards and their babies was amazing to see!

We booked our visit online and we were extremely pleased with our visit. The variety of animals was excellent but, not all areas were suitable for wheelchair users, however, this didn't affect my visit. Social distancing was excellent and safety measures were too. Well worth a visit.

Absolutely love this place. Took my daughter when she was little, then my son ten years later. Today I have taken my granddaughter. Even in the autumn drizzle it's a great day out.

Overall was a good afternoon out. All the animals seem well looked after and the grounds seem to be maintained. For the cost it does seem a bit expensive, however it's still probably cheaper than going to a Zoo and you can get closer to the animals (literally within touching distance). I would definitely recommend visiting if you're in the area.

Simply Amazing!!!! Although this places has more smaller animals its still good. The grounds are excellent. The staff are friendly and polite and adore the animals. The gift shop is a good size with good prices. I would 100% recommend.
