Discusting new data farming strategy where you are REQUIRED to register a Club card in order to access any in-store special offers.. I will not be bribed into handing over personal data and will be shopping elsewhere in future. Also worth noting this branch was absolutely packed making social distancing impossible.

Absolutely disgusted. No show delivery, then told they had a wrong mobile number and our intercom wasn't working (although we had a delivery earlier in the evening and it was working then). They said they couldn't redeliver it as the driver was already late with his deliveries and was told to go to the website and reorder the shopping. So I'd have to pay again for the shop and have to wait for the original payment to be credited to the account. Who can afford to so that these days.

I waited at checkout for my turn. I then started to put my shopping on the checkout belt. Waiting for the lady in front to move forward. Next thing I know is someone very close to me putting their shopping on the belt, I turned in shock. It was a family with children no masks really close to me. I loudly said STOP and move away from me. ALL of the group were so close. Looked at me in amazement.NO idea - and is there any wonder the virus is transmitted? I still am shocked at them. Possibly Indian or Pakistan not sure ,? No one seemed around to speak to them, shocking is all I can say
