I went for my Covid vaccination and they had a very fast turnaround. All of the staff here are pleasant, helpful and polite with the exception of the receptionist who seemed to rather surly. Maybe she was just having a bad day!

Used the online service for the first time,arranged a call back for a few days time as not to serious but overnight had a problem and called at 8 the next morning,I had a call within an hour for a consultation with a doctor and she explained what was occurring,sorted a prescription for that afternoon.
I have been with NMP as long as I can remember. The waiting time can be horrendous at times and sometimes it feels like when I do get to see my nurse/doctor, they're always in a rush. Other than that the staff are polite and informal and the building is always clean and tidy.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Have no idea how someone with such a lack of customer service skills could get a job behind the reception. Very argumentative and rude on the phone and have no remorse in cutting off prescriptions with out any forewarning.
