Fantastic treatment, been suffering from toothache for a few days, called the practice and was able to be seen within 24hours. Polite & friendly receptionist and the dentist and her assistant were brilliant. Highly recommend this surgery.

Mother in law uses this dentist tryed to get an emergency appointment receptionist not helpful at all shes in agony chipped a tooth now infected and they still wont see her till next week so told the receptionist that she would go to a&e and the receptionist sarcastic reply was there not going to do anything think the receptionist need training on customer service and if that dont help then get someone who can do the job with some compassion

My partner went here as an emergency private appointment three weeks ago, these past three weeks he has been in nothing but pain unable to sleep or eat properly. The past 3 days no sleep or food. All because your dentist doesn't know how to do there job correctly by leaving bits broken tooth which was pushing on the nerve in my partners tooth resulting in a root cannel filling and another dentist bill... Not to mention loss of earnings too!!! A refund wouldn't go a miss l.
