I would just like to say a huge thankyou to Lauren (Customer experience) My partner had an awful time being sent backwards and forwards trying to get his covid vaccination. Lauren went out of her way to spend a lot of time and effort assisting him. Without her help my partner would still be at risk. Cant thank her enough. Nothing was too much trouble. Total professional.

Been on ward 6 since valentines day after a fall on ice ang severely breaking my ankle, and I must admit I was very anxious, but all the staff there have had been absolutely amazing in every aspect, always willing to help, go that extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible, always polite and very understanding, a truly wonderful stay even with a severely broken ankle, Thank you for all your amazing support. I was admitted to the Day Care Unit for a couple delicate procedures... Last time I was admitted to a hospital for a procedure requiring general anesthesic was around 40 years ago, so needless to say I was apprehensive about the procedure and being in hospital ... But as soon as I got onto the ward all the staff were amazing... especially whilst I was recovering on the ward. They were very attentive, encouraging, thoughtfully caring and positive. And that positive atmosphere really made a difference because without realising it my concerns diminished. For me they are all a credit to their profession and I can't praise and thank them enough.

Can not fault the care and consideration given by the staff at JPUH. I had a health scare this morning. I had various tests carried out, all fine thank goodness. They were so kind and thoughtful.
