My wife and I would like to thank Karl and the 2 sets of delivery drivers for their help recently changing the faulty washing machine we purchased a short time ago. The machine was replaced by a different brand but at the same price. Their efficiency and pleasant manner was much appreciated. Every experience I've had there has been great, whether when buying things like our new TV to a new toaster. Not pushy when it comes to trying to sell you stuff you don't need and extremely knowledgeable/informative. Wayne and Lawrence who work there are top notch. So are all the other staff I've encountered.
My elderly parents recently bought a cooker but there was a mix up with the order. They thought they had purchased one with an induction hob but when it was delivered they discovered it was a ceramic hob. Despite the cooker having been delivered AND fitted the after sales service at Hughes was second to none. Special thanks should go to Ashley (the manager at the Great Yarmouth branch) who went out of his way to make sure the customer was happy. After paying the difference a replacement induction hob cooker has been ordered. Very good customer service.

Fantastic service with some great deals. Very helpful staff. I bought a large tv. The fitters that came to install were outstanding and informative with great knowledge and interest. 5 star.
