Ingress protection check was 50, service was good. They did free vehicle health check too. When I asked about front disc and pad replacement they quoted 370, which seems extortionate considering the parts are 80. 100 per hour labour?
My car suddenly died so with it being so close to Christmas I was panicking (lots of travelling to do) I went in to ask some questions and look around some cars but Simon was FANTASTIC!! He helped me understand everything in terms I understood, gave me ALL of my options before deciding on anything and he kept me updated as every single stage. I cannot recommend or thank Simon enough - I adore my new car and how simple Simon made things Edit: took my car back for it's first mot and service, was charged more than it costs, people there were just rude, they said they have sanitised the inside of the car but clearly hadn't as there were dirty finger print marks everywhere, car hasn't run right since and the brakes that I had to pay for have squealed and rubbed since - will NOT be taking it back there ever again. Great sales horrible service.
Recently bought my new Nissan from Desira. Sam from sales was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! He was able to get me the car I wanted for the price I needed and was so patient with me. I'm very happy with my new car! I have also had my servicing done there for the last few years and have always found the service team very helpful! Would definitely recommend!!
