It's a ruin, open and accessible to anyone able enough to walk and free to visit. There is a handy lay by for parking. Interesting information plaques dotted around. If you are into old Roman remains it's great. If you are not its still of interest but not a major attraction but still worth a quick visit if you are nearby.

Easily accessed from the main road and we'll worth the visit. Well managed, open access with very informative display boards throughout the site

I am fascinated with Roman history so it was lovely to come across this small but interesting Roman fort it is a free English Heritage site very well maintained with some interesting information boards and well worth a visit if you are in the area .

Bit of 2000 year old history Reminds me of Time Team, and you can get up close. Very informative........

Still possible to visit during the lockdown for your daily exercise. Most of the fort is under houses but this remaining section that was excavated in the 50's reveals what it used to look like. It reminds me off Rome.
