I’ve been a patient here for a number of years, I’m leaving this review following my visit last week to fix a tooth I had broken which already had a very large filling in. I was seen by Vitoria who did a very thorough check up. She talked me through the X-rays which were taken and explained the treatment needed. I was booked back in the next day as luckily there’d been a cancellation. Vitoria did a brilliant job with my filling which not only looks and feels really good, but I’ve had no discomfort following the treatment. She takes time, care and is very thorough. At the treatment appointment, full PPE was worn by both the dentist and nurse, my belongings were kept inside a closed box and I understand the room is left empty for a period of time following the use of AGP’s. I have to say I was very impressed with their professionalism, in particular during this time whereby seeing patients must be as daunting for them as it is for us.

I recently visited the dentist for treatment by Vitoria, I was really impressed with treatment and staff, highly recommended.
I had an appointment with doctor Joao! He is very professional and did a great job with my teeth. He took the time to explain everything in detail of what needed to be done and the price. He took the time to chat and get to know me on a personal level not just another patient. He made me feel very comfortable and I felt no pain. I would recommend anyone to contact his amazing staff and make an appointment with him. Nuno
As an anxious patient, I was recommended Bupa Dental Care Gorleston by friends who attend there. On arrival I was greeted pleasantly which immediately put me at ease. When seeing the dentist I found her to be very kind and considerate. I didnt feel rushed in surgery, everything was explained to me very well and staff were very nice. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
Fantastic staff, great experience from start to finish. I cant praise the practice enough for what they have done for me. I would highly recommend the practice to anyone.
