I sometimes come here to add to my cacti/succulent collection and for general gardening buys. Quite annoyed yesterday evening though, to be informed that the store does NOT close at 9pm as Google suggests - rather 8pm!! Staff say that the wrong closing time has been on Google for 8 years now and although they've explained that the store closes at 8pm instead, they won't amend the opening hours...

Went to B&Q yesterday, was a great experience, all measure's were being done. Staff were all wearing masks, and very helpful. All shoppers keeping apart, and managed to get everything I needed.

Biggest B&Q known to man? Well to me at least. First time I went there fitbit emailed me to ask if my watch had been stolen. We'd just moved to the area and we got everything we needed there. Had to return 2 items which was no hassle. This store gets my vote

It's OK, seems to be permanently out of a few items or often just has 1 or 2 of them. Also the timber saw was out of action as well. Annoying.
