I called them because my oven was on fire. No one came for 19 minutes (yes I checked the time when they arrived and compared it to when I called them). They came with 2 guys in a pickup truck. No fire truck. One of the gentlemen explained they didn’t have enough people to send a fire truck. That is worrisome. Thank G-d it didn’t spread because I kept the oven door closed. I understand and respect you are volunteers but we deserve to get help when we call. This is not an isolated incident; I’ve heard of this happening to my neighbors. Please fix this problem, for the sake of our children if nothing else.
