Had a problem with with the vehicle the was taken care of By Angel and the manager Mike. At this moment I’m happy with my Alfa hopefully it stays this way. Leave them. Happy there the best car dealer i have. Ever. Delt with and i have had many. Cars Mercedes. Corvertte dealers and my chevy malibu no one has. Father has a Levante. Went back to try to get a new one. No issues with pricing but the service was absolutely terrible. Didn’t seat us and or even ask for water. They seem extremely short staffed. Didn’t even bother to sit down and go over numbers- it was either take it or leave it. Expected way more out of Maserati especially the fact that you are already paying customers and have gotten a car from them in the past. Went to Gold Coast Porsche - treated us like kings. Excellent service. Ended up buying a Cayenne. Better service retention.
Great! Just got a Ghibli SQ4 yesterday. My salesman Edison got me a great deal ! I’ll come back when I need an other car!
Best dealership around. These guys are honest, courteous, hard working professionals who run an amazing dealership. We detail their cars but we have sent customers their way who raved about them, their customer service, and the prices they give out for leases. They have an insane inventory of beautiful and brand cars, in amazing shape and well kept. Their entire staff is the most professional group we're worked with, from VP Mike to Joe at service to the porters. Nothing but great things here. The deals they get their customers surpass all competitor dealership without comparison. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
