I ordered the eggplant and the chicken kabob....amazingly delicious!! This is my first time at this restaurant. The owner and chef is very nice and he answered all my questions. His recipes are his mom's, and I love that because I feel like I am eating home cooked meals. I really enjoyed the decor while waiting for my food. I forgot to ask for sauces, but the food tasted great even without the sauces. I will definitely come back.
This is my favorite place to stop by after visiting the great falls. Have had the hummus, zamarod palow, aushak, and baklava. This place has the best hummus that I have ever eaten so far the aushak is my favorite! The palow is delicious as well. Very good baklava. The customer service is amazing and the atmosphere is really nice!
After a long day I search for the best cuisine and as always Zamarod never fails with the best dishes to soothe a soul after a troubling day. The special tonight was short ribs with saffron rice complimented with carrots and raisins with spinach another Star side dish. I highly recommend visiting the restaurant for the ultimate Afghan cuisine experience!
I had the chicken kabobs and saffron rice the food was hot and delicious. Great service friendly staff. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to have a nice intimate date night or family dinner.
