Took about 5 minutes to answer the phone. When they did the person answering was 'curt' bordering on being rude. I wouldn't give them my business!

Fantastic customer service and communication. Wasn't exactly sure what I needed but a quick call to Tubela and got helpful friendly advise. Later placed an order on line as they were so helpful and other companies did not give the same impression. Bender arrived next day. What a great service. Would highly recommend.
