We can highly recommend Katie Birch who looked after us very professionally .Her explanations were clear and she was able to put in place all of our requirements. In spite of lock down, communications were very good via Zoom and we were kept fully informed every step of the way by telephone and email. Out standing service!

I haven't used a conveyance solicitor for several years so maybe my expectations were too high but I certainly would not use Graysons again. We weren't informed that the staff had been furloughed so thought the sale and purchase were moving along only to find out later that nothing had happened for several months. We kept getting asked the same questions over and over again by different people and we only found out the moving dated when we were contacted by BT because the buyer of our property was trying to take over the phone line. When I prompted them, Graysons confirmed the move date had been agreed but this was well over a week after BT had written to me! We even had to chase them 3 time to get a link to write this review.... My advise would be look elsewhere for a conveyancing solicitor
My mother died and these were the Solicitors for the estate and probate and Laura Cowen who is the Solicitor who is meant to be dealing with us and she has no respect for our mother in any way or our feelings. All they are after is the cash and that's it.she is a very unprofessional lady and if ànyone was to ask us would we recommend them again the answer is NO!!!!!
