My kid passed his A license. Wanted a new bike for him. Grays Motorcycles was recommended by a friend. Rode there on my old enduro. Walked in. Woman's only words were 'Wait outside - unless what you want is quick'. So I went to Crescent Suzuki.

There she is , that's my bike, I brought this lovely new lxr. Staff where reasonably helpful and informative, helped when i needed it. and I'm excited to receive it just after Christmas.

The lady I spoke to was very friendly and I was looking forward to getting my bike fixed, but when I turned up at the workshop at the scheduled time, the gate was locked and there was no one there. I tried phoning the main number several times but didn't get an answer. In the end I had to give up and go home, a total waste of time. I feel very let down by this experience :-(
