My car had problems starting each morning. Called Halfords Garage in Grays and they were able to take a look at the car the very same day. Turned out I needed the battery replaced. I dealt with Neil who’s customer service skills were brilliant. My new battery was fitted within the hour and my car drives fine now. Neil, who serviced my car at Halfords Grays had a lovely personality and made me laugh! This is what good customer service is all about, he kept me informed on all the little details of my car service as it was being completed and did all he could to ensure my car was in the right shape. I usually just get details on what is wrong with my car from Halfords and go and get it serviced elsewhere due to the price being cheaper. However, because of Neil I’ll be coming back to Halfords for servicing again!

Helpful, friendly staff without the hard sell. I took the car in for brakes and a service and was pleasantly surprised to find that my back bumper had been reattached properly to my car without charge, after someone crashed into the back of me and knocked it loose from its fixings. Provided helpful advice on other issues without trying to push for extra work, which sadly is not the case at other places I have been to, particularly if you are female. Will definitely use again.

I had a faulty 12v battery on my Toyota Prius T spirit. Halford were quick to identify the issue and fix it by replacing the battery. Not every halford support hybrid car. I would recommend to call them before paying a visit.
