Corals care and sensitivity throughout was amazing. On the day of our dads funeral the team were so attentive. They were so professional and amazing. Guiding us every step of the way. My father died last month and Tender Touch were recommended to me by a family friend. They made all the arrangements for a Sikh funeral with as little fuss as possible and with great consideration, sensitivity and tact. The people I dealt with were Coral and Chloe in the Gravesend office and Debs who provided the flowers and led the service on the day of the funeral. They were all fantastic. Many people who were at the funeral commented on how respectful and professional Debs and her team were, and they made the day go as well as it could have gone in the circumstances. I am very grateful to all of them and I would highly recommend them.

I would like to speak about Debbie who conducted the Funeral for us and also the Funeral of my niece Helen in April this year. I have to say I could not have wished for a better person; she is kind, thoughtful, compassionate and very genuine, she is also a very professional person and I cannot fault anything about her or what she did for me in assisting me with arranging the proceedings. I cannot put into words how important is when you are suffering the death a dear loved one, to have someone like Debbie assisting you right from the moment of the loved ones passing. There is something about her that is calming, honest and supportive even in every word she speaks. I don’t know whether you have experienced Debbie doing her job but I can tell you that without her presence it would not have run as smoothly as it did. Debbie enables loved ones of the departed to find courage, she speaks to you, she gives you strength, and she is an amazing woman who is humble about herself. Not showy, but very down to earth, and ‘with you’. She lends her whole self to you whilst you need her and then she quietly slips away and gets on with her other tasks. She can multitask effortlessly, her floristry is excellent and we were all very pleased with the arrangements she made for us. I cannot say enough about this lovely lady who I admire and respect. She is exceptional and I hope you realise what a valuable asset she is to your company. My father would have loved her.
