Very poor customer service... The birthday girl went to select the cake.... She wanted some suggestions but the staff lady was rude to her on her birthday..... People come to you get cakes for a joyous occasion on their life please be mindful of their feelings when serving them.....

The cakes are always delicious, but the customer service is horrible! Today was my sister's birthday, which was also on a bank holiday. We didn't know that the shop will be closed at 4pm today, yet we didn't get any phone call from the cake shop reminding us and telling us that they were closed. In addition, they even had our phone number, so they could've rung us up at anytime, but they didn't.

Lovely cake for my boys birthday, had lots of positive comments , taste is always up to scratch as well , only negative is that the road design seemed to be just liquid icing when I thought it would be paper so this resulted in the design melting off within an hour of getting it and disntd look to brilliant when it was at the party , shame but a lot of effort has gone in and I'll say again tastes lovely.
