Visited today and cannot believe the scenes. There is no control over amounts of people in shop, we are in our third lock down and this is part of the problem. I strongly recommend avoiding. I feel sorry for the shop floor staff.

Thought I'd go shopping early to avoid the crowds. I went at 6am as its a 24hr store. Spent an hour loading up with a trolley load of shopping to find out that there were no manned tills until 8am.......... ridiculous. Maybe you should advertise the fact that its self service only at certain times?
Now with a McDonald inside. The famous escalators are still broken though.
Booked a food delivery online, wasn't delivered, wasn't delivered the following day either. Spoke to Asda call centre in the Philippines many times to ask what is going on to only get lies, delays & excuses time after time with them expecting you to wait in for them all weekend or beyond. They apparently couldn't cancel my order or refund me (only the nearby store which was another lie.) I then called Asda Gravesend to cancel my order which there was no extension to get through to directly as a customer. No apologies, no 1 reason for no delivery & no courtesy call from the driver what so ever. Would not ever use Asda again. Quick enough to take & hold my money the day before though. Avoid!!!
Few weeks ago I bought bottled water that turned neon yellow/ green. Went to the store and talked to the manager, who informed the strange substace will be inspected and results sent to me. There's been no communication since then and when called the manager I was informed the issue hasn't been dealt with yet.
