Arriva is an absolutely WONDERFUL bus company! I started taking their buses last September and I was nervous as I didn’t know how to use my m-ticket, but the driver explained to me how to use it so I got on the bus and got to school on time! The 480/490 route which is my local route is very frequent. Buses come every 10 minutes which is really efficient, their buses are in stunning condition, especially the ones on the 481 which are now at most 17 years old! Seats are comfortable and in good condition, looks like this branch at Northfleet is very organised and have enough drivers and buses to do the job! Now I have the same driver everyday!

I am absolutely disgusted my son was refused on the bus because he had change I am a single parent that doesn't own a bank account how else u ment to pay it then took my son 2 hours to walk bk from bluewater in the dark hes 13 years old and with all this stabbing and that goin on a little consideration would have been nice its disgusting behaviour and no doubt hes a parent himself (the bus driver)
Nice garage. Better than the arriva garage in woodgreen. Friendly staff. The people at this garage made me feel welcome as a new driver. Everyone was willing to show you how it all works in the garage.
The worst bus company I have the misfortune of using, buses dont even stick to schedule, and your lucky if they even stop for you
