We were very impressed by the presentation by John Miller and Mike O'Dell on Feb. 19. For our bathroom remodel job. Both men were very knowledgeable of the products and the design we were looking for. We were amazed at how easy it was picking the colors for our new bath. Even though we are just starting the process, we are very confident in our choice with Statewide Remodeling. The cost fit our budget and we liked the warranty. What was most important to us was the Communication. From the first call, we were contacted and we got follow up calls. Great customer service. We can't wait to enjoy our bathroom.

We hired state wide to redo our guest bathroom. We paid a hefty price for our small bathroom. Floors were installed pretty badly and had a lot of lippage - but just received a call frm the contractor today, stating they fix the floors but we'll see...will keep you posted....

This is by far is the best company that I have ever worked with. Statewide is professional, thorough, fast and most importantly they stand by their word. EVERYONE that I have talked to is caring, understanding and puts the client first...and not the money. I will never use another remolding company, Statewide will always have me as a client.

Nina George came to our home to talk about doing our hallway bath. She was delightful! We haven’t laughed so much in years. She truly believes in Statewide Remodeling and sold us on this amazing company. Everything she told us is exactly how our project happened. Can’t recommend Statewide enough, and hopefully you will get Nina as your designer. The entire process was very smooth. Thank you Statewide!

I hired statewide remodeling to install a bay window at my home. Seemed like a good idea, they are on the radio, on the surface seem to be a good company. Then they came out and installed the window incorrectly, they damaged the exterior fascia of my home with a sawzall and refused to fix it. They left our bay window without structural support underneath. It was like pulling teeth to have them come back out and fix the structural problem with the window (\u003e6 weeks after the job was completed) and they refused to fix the exterior fascia. The picture attached is a picture of the contracting company at LASCO REMODELING who I had to hire in order to get this fixed. I have been told that this situation is very common with Statewide Remodeling. They perform shoddy work, have terrible customer service. They don't apologize for their mistakes or attempt to make them right. Seems like they care about making money more than they care about taking care of their business. Do NOT use Statewide Remodeling, they are awful! However, I highly recommend the team at LASCO REMODELING. They are professional and they perform excellent work. Do yourself a favor and avoid a headache, use someone else besides Statewide.
