Nice place to walk, with it without a dog. Nice trails through the woods and old mining buildings to see. Beware in the road coming off the island though, do not go 40-50mph as there are invisible speed bumps with no markings!! I could barely see them in broad daylight and my eyesight is perfect!

Excellent place if you're looking for a ich in history\ part of Telford and never been before! Trail walks are perfect for a 2 hour family outing. Wooden play area for the youngsters and generous picnic areas throughout!

Great overall, but steep steps and inclines are quite demanding for little ones and the elderly. Large, wide open space just a short drive from Telford Town Centre with nineteenth century industrial ruins to look at and a small woodwork play area for kids to run around on. Parking is free as far as I could see, we stayed for a couple of hours with no problems.
