This guy is SO helpful and knowledgable for any sewing machine. He has serviced all my machines for the last I don't know how long, and has just replaced a bulb promptly on my current machine when my instruction leaflet failed to tell me how. Very reasonably priced and does an excellent job. 5 stars are well deserved.

Fantastic service. Sewing machine in desperate need of a service and a reverse button never worked. All fixed, repaired and serviced in two weeks. It's never run so smoothly. Nigel was lovely to deal with; would thoroughly recommend. Thank you Nigel.

We needed a repair and service to a very much valued sewing machine handed down from family, no idea when it was last cleaned, it even had a few bits missing. Nigel from Grants Sewing Machines was so helpful, professional and welcoming when my wife visited to discuss the work required. A quick assessment of the work needed and an estimate of likely cost took only minutes. Just a few days later we had a pleasant phone call to say the work was done and ready for collection. My machine has been struggling for a while. A week with Nigel and it’s working better than it ever has. A second machine that’s never worked properly since my daughter was bought it, is working brilliantly. Lots of advice, very reasonable price and a happy customer. I would highly recommend if you are needing sewing machine advice/repair.
