Had a vegan sausage roll today after a long bike ride and honestly was the best vegan sausage roll I've ever had. I was cold and tired and i could feel it restoring my life force with its deliciousness through every bite. 10/10. (Also great place to stop for a coffee!)

Great food and the staff are really friendly. Pro tip: check the menu on the website so you don't do what I did, which was to dither about what I wanted, much to the ire of others waiting to be served ..
Visited for the first time yesterday with my husband Simon. We both chose a Peach Melba and it was one of the best I've had. Not that I eat cream cakes that often. The pastry was crisp and not soggy, and the icing tasted so lovely along with the fresh cream. We also bought a pork pie, which we've both had a little taste of - so far so good. And we bought a white chocolate and raspberry bar cake which we've yet to cut into. Looks fab though. The selection in store is far greater than the selection on the website so well worth a visit if you can get to Corbridge.
The amount of work that goes into making the truly exquisite food here, makes the journey from Bedlington truly worthwhile. It is well worth the journey and well worth the cost. I most certainly recommend a visit, you won't be disappointed :) Replying to an earlier review from Anthony Parker: I have never thought of myself as a poser because I buy quality/delicious food. Everyone welcome in this establishment, not just posers :)
