A little bit if Christmas in troubled times. Lovely lights & music. Not too many people & everyone wearing masks. A little surprised some shops closed so early which was a shame as I wanted to shop. Horrified to be told by the lovely cafe staff that they had been verbally abused by customers for enforcing the legislation...shocking behaviour.

Had a beautiful wander round yesterday! such a nice place for a little mooch around. The coffee from the fuel tank was super delicious and the pork pie salad was spot on! Social distancing was well signposted and the garden centre selection of plants was beautiful.

What a complete mess. Please take my advice and avoid unless you want to leave highly stressed and upset. As soon as you turn up it is chaos, rude parking attendants, people standing around in the middle of the road, parking cones placed randomly all over the place. I paid 2.10 for an hour on the Just Park app - as there are signs everywhere saying to do this, yet when I walked back to the car there was another huge sign saying free parking for the first hour. Parking should be free anyway if paying for overpriced items in the shops. Pure greed. There is no safety in regards to Covid, with all the shops packed full of people, crowds hanging around outside. Store signs are up (the wellness centre) yet apparently have been closed for months. The ham in the butchers was pale grey, when asked if they had another they responded that it goes off tomorrow so its ok - hardly fresh. They need to get someone in to project manage because whoever is in charge clearly has no clue! As a new local resident, I won't be returning, such a shame for somewhere with great potential, but judging by the other comments they just don't seem to care.

Visited today. The buildings all the furnishings & accessories are beautiful, the goods in the shops are top price, for lunch I had a smoked salmon salad at the fuel tank although nice & fresh & salmon being delicious the salad was just leaves, boring! & 3 thin strips of cucumber 2 of which were mostly skin!! Certainly not to the standard expected of a high class place like that, the drinks were served in single use plastic kids party type glasses. Disappointed
