Visited Stoneacre at the weekend knowing what I wanted and received fantastic service from the moment I arrived. Josh spent time listening to what I wanted and quickly found the perfect car for me. He worked hard to fit my car to my budget and was incredibly attentive throughout. Both he and Kieran went through everything in full and in a couple of hours my car was bought, and I picked up a brand new 19 plate 3 days later. Picking it up was a joy, they really made it exciting and appreciated what an occasion collecting a brand new car is, would absolutely recommend. They worked so hard to get what I wanted and have it work with my budget. Very happy lady !!!!

We was looking for a specific car that was at a different stoneacre we rang the Grantham and spoke to a gentleman Keiran who was friendly, kind, funny but very professional and had the knowledge to talk us about the options we had (Usain bolt toilet run ). He helped is with our sale. during this pandemic they kept to the rules. Keiran personally went to collect the car from the other store and then rang us to let us know he had collected it and when did we want to pick it up we arrived on Sunday collected it and fell in love with it.. Keiran was helpful when talking to my partner as she has high anxiety and made her feel comfortable and made sure she understood everything.... I believe the staff at this store go above and beyond to help everyone. Would recommend of your ever looking for a new car.. thanks guys From Gail west and Chris Jennings

Really really pleased with my experience with the Grantham Stoneacre branch. Kieran sorted me a new car very quickly with no dramas. This was the car I have wanted for ages. All the staff are extremely friendly. I would recommend their service to anyone.
