Lack any kind of communication skills, this includes keeping you up to date with what's happening in the process, what is required to move on to the next stage and at times just outright rude. The purchase did complete in the end but the day before we were due to exchange involved me leaving work hours early to provide documents that should have been requested weeks in advance. I'd recommend people stay away from Ringrose Law.
