They have been really helpful in helping me take control over my debt. I had been seriously affected by the pandemic with being made redundant and trying to make ends meet with the little money I had left. Unfortunately that very quickly ran out and I saw my bills going unpaid month after month until it was beginning to take its toll on my mental health and stress levels. I then decided to get in touch with PayPlan, at this point I felt I had nothing to lose, I only wish I had reached out sooner as it would have helped with not having such a heavy effect on my credit score. If you are in debt no matter how much and you're not sure what to do then I can't recommend them enough, you will see as I did that it is possible to regain control, there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Do not use this company! I have been with Payplan for over three years and they really have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Constant threats to fail your plan when you have unexpected bills. You can never get a response from anyone using emails or you're personal account messaging service. But they will email you as soon as they want something from you. Never want to help you, they have causes me so much stress and anxiety since using them. They do not take away any stress but only add it with with threats and rude staff. No understanding what so ever. Very very unhappy and once you are with them there is no getting out. They are just another business preying on the vulnerable.

PayPlan have been nothing but helpful to me. After hiding away from my debt I decided to take a leap and ask for help. Within 2 days everything was set up. They told me all my available options and I opted for a debt management plan, they contacted everyone for me (my biggest fear is speaking on the phone to debt companies). We looked at my available funds, and they offered me a low repayment plan, I offered to pay a little bit more when I was secure, one month I couldn't pay and they was fine with it. A few times, debt companies have personally wrote to me, and asked me to pay a reduced lump sum to pay off the debt. PayPlan allowed me to make smaller payments to pay the companies directly, I've managed to wipe out 1000 that way. I am now 8/9 months in, a year and a half to go and I am finally free of my debts! I have read bad reviews, but these guys have honestly helped me so much, I have nothing bad to say. Would recommend to anyone and everyone who was in my situation.
