Fantastic from day 1. I rang Grantham (I am not local) looking for a 6 berth and they told me one was coming in and said they would hold it for me. Video sent so I did not need to do a 360 mile round trip to Grantham. Deal arranged. They knew I was having some parts fitted on my previous caravan. The parts took months to come due to COVID but Grantham Caravans were VERY patient and understanding. Once I could exchange, we were in lockdown. My caravan was collected from Weston-super-Mare by Grantham. It was checked over, a very fair price was agreed - no attempt to renegotiate the previous deal except for some wear and tear, which is perfectly reasonable and totally agreed by me. The new one was delivered a few days later. Their driver was early on both occasions, which was great. I cannot fault them. The new caravan is better than described so I am one extremely happy customer. This company deserves your business. They will be my first port of call next time!

During 2020, my wife and I began to realise, like so many other, that holidays would have to be safer in the foreseeable future. After many discussions, a lot of calculations and hours of research we decided to buy a caravan. Our search for the perfect caravan brought us to Grantham Caravans. What a luck day that was. Since we first spotted our caravan the whole process was fault less. All the the staff have been superb. As nerves buyers they gave us knowledge, confidence and reassurance needed. We are extremely grateful to everyone and very excited about our first adventure in 2021. Thank You Grantham Caravans are surely the best.

I would just like to say what a fantastic company Grantham Caravans is we purchased our motorhome from them in September 2020 and the whole experience from viewing to the handover day was excellent nothing was too much trouble they went above and beyond and kept in touch throughout the whole process Paul from sales really looked after us with the purchase and also the owner bob they our really great people to deal with. It’s now a couple of months down the line and as with all motorhomes and caravans we found a couple of small manufacturer faults but with one phone call to Grantham Caravans Aftersales they got it sorted even in this current Covid situation they found a way to get it done going above and beyond Mike & Georgia couldn’t of done any more to help. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of buying a motorhome/Caravan to use this company as they do truly care about there customers and make the whole process enjoyable and also give peace of mind with the excellent Aftersales

I wanted to say a massive thank you and congratulations to Grantham Caravans. Firstly, a thank you for helping us through the process of buying our very first caravan! Special thanks goes to Brain for being an absolute pleasure to deal with, right from our very first contact through to signing on the dotted line you have been amazing Brian!!! We live in New Zealand and got recommended to look at Grantham by a UK friend of ours who’d purchased from there previously - so I jumped on your site and checked out some of the really informative walkthrough videos Brain puts up on all the vans. This was a godsend for us as living in NZ meant we would never be able to view the caravans in person before purchase. I made contact with Brain then and there and he helped us into the right caravan from there (including getting us a video of the particular model we were wanting). Again, thank you so much Brain. Now the congratulations, this is to the whole Grantham team for being so customer focused and ready to help you should be proud of this as a company!!! We can’t wait for our caravan to finally arrive in NZ and enjoying many family holidays in the years ahead. Thanks again!!!!
