I went there to buy an iron. the price posted was reduced from 279 to 179. At the checkout, the woman told me that the iron costs 279, I asked why if the price on shelf is 179. She went upstairs to check the price and said that she could not sell me at the promotional price. So I asked why the price is 179, when I asked for the price card to take a picture she said that was gone. the manager was very arrogant. This was not the first time I had problems with the service at this store. I honestly do not recommend

I was sold McAfee antivirus software with a new laptop. I had to scratch off the product key number which then failed to download anyway. I then found out that my new laptop wasnt compatible with the antivirus software. I returned to the Grantham store to get a refund as it's not cheap at 80. I was then told that the refund could not be made due to the number being scratched off. Absolute clowns. Avoid this store at all costs. Even if I was wrong, they are supposed to be the professionals and they should explain everything in store before allowing anyone to waste 80 on something they dont need.
