Having used a different Solicitor for a legal matter recently and not being satisfied with the service received I decided to use Chattertons of Grantham on the advice of a couple of people who'd used them in the past. I'm very pleased I did...Chattertons are a very professional and good quality Solicitors who I would definitely use again and recommend to anybody needing to use this service. The person who dealt with my legal issues (Liz Graham) has an extremely vast wealth of knowledge and experience and kept me informed of proceedings every step of the way. I felt very confident with the information I received and advice given. This all helped to make a difficult matter as easy to understand as it could be. The cost was set out simply each step of the way and itemised so you know what you're paying for.

I have referred many people to Liz Graham and they have always had exceptional service . I have dealt with scores of solicitors over the last 40 years and my experience of this firm is that their sole interest in generating as much fee income as possible. The lady I have dealt with is unhelpful, arrogant and even when makes mistakes doesn't have the decency to apologise. Steer well clear would be my advice.
