My father was put in Belvoir house in April this year, I cannot recommend them enough, they look after him so well, he is looking and feeling so much better, he is getting stronger and enjoys the carers company, thank you so much Belvoir house.

My mother resides at Belvoir House and has done for 2 years. She is extremely happy and well looked after. The home has dramatically improved over the past year and thanks to the new management and manager, the residents all seem to be much happier and better cared for. There now seems to be a professionalism in the home as compared to when the previous owners and manager ran the home.
My nan has been at Belvoir House for the past 4 years, we have noticed a dramatic improvement in the home since the new owners took over, everything is brighter and the atmosphere is really positive. The staff are caring and we are happy with the care Nan is receiving.
My husband was in respite care in this horrible place. The whole house smelt dreadfully of urine. My husband was lying in a wet bed staring at the ceiling. His room smelt so bad of urine it was hard to breathe. I was sent an Invoice for five times the top up fee, then twice the fee, then harassed for payment two days after I had received the correct amount. I took my husband away from the home and he said 'I don't have to go back there do I'. He told me 'they shout at you'. This place should, in my opinion, be closed as soon as possible.
This home is terrible. My friend was in this home for a while and there was nothing positive about the home now. Saying that, with the poor decor the care was adequate.... For a dog! When my friend moved out following an accident I looked for somewhere else. Saw a home near Sleaford but the home manager who was there is now at Belvoir House. I honestly couldn't think the home could get any worse. This home needs lots of money spent on it and to look at who they employ as the manager, she turned my friend down because of a broken arm at her previous home.I also left a review for the home near Sleaford she managed. If you want your loved ones to be left with nowhere to live then feel free to place yours here! The staff at the home know me and know me for speaking my mind.
