Visited here today looking to replace our current hybrid with the B250e in favourite position as that replacement. Booked a test drive of a B class well over a week in advance so had an accepted and confirmed appointment. Although I was specifically interested in the hybrid version, knowing that I would not be able to test drive a hybrid I wasn't bothered if it was petrol or diesel, it was more just get a general feel for the B class model hence the booking. I did get to see the hybrid version however was told there was no model of B class I could drive in spite of them accepting the booking. The result is now a loss of sale for that dealership and Mercedes.
