Visited here today looking to replace our current hybrid with the B250e in favourite position as that replacement. Booked a test drive of a B class well over a week in advance so had an accepted and confirmed appointment. Although I was specifically interested in the hybrid version, knowing that I would not be able to test drive a hybrid I wasn't bothered if it was petrol or diesel, it was more just get a general feel for the B class model hence the booking. I did get to see the hybrid version however was told there was no model of B class I could drive in spite of them accepting the booking. The result is now a loss of sale for that dealership and Mercedes.
Would like to thank the professionalism shown by Nickolas Crookshanks for guiding myself through the whole of the online purchasing system. At no point did he get disgruntled or fed up with myself pestering him for help. From start to finish in all aspects of the purchase of my new mercedes A class, he was there to guide me and show professionalism above and beyond what was required from any member of the the Arnold Clark Mercedes sales team.
