I wanted to sell my car but am abroad at the moment so I had no idea how to go about it. I bought my car from Arnold Clark Fiat in Grangemouth so after being online and getting an offer I called the branch as sale was not going to be straightforward. I spoke to Scott Gray and explained my situation, he couldn’t have been more helpful. Talked me through everything that was needed. He allayed any worries I had and was extremely professional at every stage of the sales process. My brother took car in on Sunday , price quoted was the price I received, I have heard some companies give online price and then knock down the price well not Arnold Clark. We were told to expect money in account close of business Wednesday and it was received on Tuesday. From start to finish a very efficient and professional service . Thank you Arnold Clark but in particular Thank you Scott Gray.

Despite the specific time, I have very fond memories of visiting this dealer. Staff very nice and professional, willing to help with documents. Possibility to see each car. I had the opportunity to test the car before buying it - everything was explained where to go and how and how long.

Although every was fine in the show room and with the car my concern was the cleaner wear a mask under her chin when should have been over her nose and mouth really wanted to say to her

Shouldn't be a face mask these people wear in here it should have been a balaclava,,car in for MOT failed on brakes on rear,,unbalance on rear axle,further investigate would cost 70, service manager JAMES calls back with update saying your car needs a caliper on the rear at a cost off 285 I said no it dosn't, put my car back together am coming to pick it up..I picked my car up took it too my workshop stripped it down on the rear axle too investigate myself and found that it was the bottom slider that was seized..I caught them lieing and trying to RIP me off and probably doing the same to other customers aswell and to top it off they stole things out of my car. I will never go back to this branch.
