Jack Baird, and Grange Motors, were exemplary in their service and my sales experience. On the day prior to purchase of my XJL, my previous XF model should have been serviced and MOT'd by another Jaguar dealer group but wasn't due to the Covid-infection of that Group's technicians. Jack arranged with the grange Service Manager for the XF to be serviced and MOT'd while I took the XJL for my first drive. Jack answered all my questions in full detail: before the purchase, on the day of, and after the purchase of the XJL. The car is stunning in every respect. And, Jack Baird and Grange Motors are exceptional in their product knowledge and client relationship skills. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Jack and Grange Motors.

This is a first class dealership selling premium branded cars. First a friend bought a used Jaguar XF and is very pleased with it, then a couple of weeks later my wife ordered a new F Pace for collection in March. Both times Mat Woods oversaw the sales and gave perfect and thoughtful service. Go along and see Mat Woods as you will not be disappointed. EDIT 1st March 2020. My wife and I have just collected our new F Pace and the experience was just first class. Mat walked us through the paperwork without any stress and we ended up checking out the entertainment and information system, it will take time to get used to it as there are a lot of good functions within the screen setup. Whether buying new or used go along and ask to see Mat and he will help through the process making you feel important. The photos are of our 2020 Chequered Flag 25t.
