Great visit as usual! Would be a 5 star if the fast pitch softball machine was running. Otherwise, you can still hit baseball fast pitch, but true players know its not the same! Still love the facility!

I had to drop my little brother off. Really bad stomach ache, their bathroom is perfect aside from missing a ceiling tile. Overall, 7-10 bathroom, would recommend

Drove an hour and a half, and was not disappointed.The man at the front desk, whose name escapes me, was extremely knowledgeable,friendly, helpful, and gave my daughter great advice. His advice improved my daughter's swing. He also let her try out some high-end bats to see if she liked them. I would drive that distance anytime to come back. You have my business for sure!

We used to go to Grand Slam VB prior to them closing. I had the pleasure of speaking with Stephanie and she helped a great deal with scheduling. Upon arriving for the first time, Maddie (Maddy?) was behind the counter and was extremely personable and helpful as well. The cage was already set up, but the softball machine had to keep being adjusted, luckily my daughter knew how to work it. Once you walk into the cage area it is tight, so not much room to watch your kids if all cages are occupied, but there is a small lounge area to hang out in. Don't feel like hearing the numerous missed balls, or the balls getting hit ... there are plenty of places to go in the strip mall. They sell water (1) and Gatorade at the counter and have a drink machine in the back as well as have rest rooms. I did browse the shop they have and found the prices to be a bit on the high end.
